Excessive or lavish gifts or hospitality are prohibited.
We expect all third parties acting on our behalf to uphold the same standards. Due diligence is required before engaging third-party suppliers, partners, or intermediaries to assess the risk of bribery.
All individuals covered by this policy are encouraged to report any suspicion or occurrence of bribery or corruption. Reports can be made confidentially to [insert reporting contact or channel].
Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
The Company will provide appropriate training and communication to ensure understanding and compliance with this policy. Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract.
