Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy

1. Purpose 


SoukMedia ("the Company") is committed to conducting business ethically, honestly, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including those relating to anti-bribery and anti-corruption. This policy sets out our zero-tolerance approach to bribery and corruption and guides employees, contractors, partners, suppliers, and representatives on recognizing and preventing bribery in all forms.


2. Scope


This policy applies to all employees, officers, directors, contractors, consultants, suppliers, agents, partners, and any other third parties acting on behalf of SoukMedia globally. 


3. What Is Bribery?

 

Bribery is the offering, promising, giving, accepting, or soliciting of something of value (such as gifts, loans, fees, hospitality, services, or anything else of value) as an inducement for an action that is illegal, unethical, or a breach of trust.


4. Prohibited Conduct

 

 You must not:
 

  • Offer or give a bribe to anyone.
     

  • Request or accept a bribe from anyone.
     

  • Facilitate payments (small, unofficial payments made to secure or expedite a routine government action).
     

  • Offer gifts, hospitality, or entertainment with the intention of influencing a business decision or securing an unfair advantage.


5. Gifts and Hospitality

 

 Reasonable, proportionate, and transparent gifts and hospitality are acceptable if they are:
 

  • Not intended to improperly influence a decision.
     

  • Compliant with local laws.
     

  • Openly disclosed and approved where necessary.
     

  • Excessive or lavish gifts or hospitality are prohibited.
     

6. Third Parties and Due Diligence
 

We expect all third parties acting on our behalf to uphold the same standards. Due diligence is required before engaging third-party suppliers, partners, or intermediaries to assess the risk of bribery.

 

7. Reporting and Whistleblowing

 

All individuals covered by this policy are encouraged to report any suspicion or occurrence of bribery or corruption. Reports can be made confidentially to [insert reporting contact or channel].

 

Retaliation against individuals who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.

 

8. Compliance and Training

 

The Company will provide appropriate training and communication to ensure understanding and compliance with this policy. Breaches of this policy may result in disciplinary action, including termination of employment or contract.

 

9. Review and Monitoring

 

This policy will be reviewed regularly and updated as necessary to reflect changes in legal, regulatory, or ethical obligations.
