Code of Conduct

Applies to: Employees, Partners, Contractors, Suppliers, and Representatives of SoukMedia (the ‘Company’)

As a global B2B marketing agency, we are committed to upholding the highest ethical standards across all our operations and relationships. This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that guide our behavior.

 

1. Professionalism and Integrity

 

We expect all individuals representing SoukMedia to act honestly, transparently, and in the best interests of our clients, partners, and colleagues. We do not tolerate fraud, deception, or any actions that may harm our reputation or the trust placed in us.

 

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

 

We operate globally and must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those relating to:
 

  • Data protection and privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
     

  • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
     

  • Intellectual property
     

  • Advertising standards
     

  • Employment and labor rights
     

Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Employees and partners must stay informed and act by the law.

 

3. Anti-Discrimination and Equal Opportunity

4. Conflict of Interest

8. Use of Company Resources

9. Reporting Concerns

 

If you become aware of any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to speak up. Reports can be made confidentially to legal@soukmedia.co. Retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.

 

10. Accountability and Consequences

 

Violations of this Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or partnership, legal action, or removal from projects. All reports are investigated fairly and thoroughly.

 

11. Continuous Improvement

 

This Code will be reviewed regularly to reflect changes in our business, values, and legal requirements. We are committed to learning, improving, and evolving as a responsible organization.
