This Code of Conduct outlines the principles and expectations that guide our behavior.
We expect all individuals representing SoukMedia to act honestly, transparently, and in the best interests of our clients, partners, and colleagues. We do not tolerate fraud, deception, or any actions that may harm our reputation or the trust placed in us.
We operate globally and must comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including those relating to:
Data protection and privacy (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
Anti-bribery and anti-corruption
Intellectual property
Advertising standards
Employment and labor rights
Ignorance of the law is not an excuse. Employees and partners must stay informed and act by the law.

We safeguard all confidential information entrusted to us, whether it belongs to our clients, employees, or vendors. Personal and sensitive data must be handled with care, stored securely, and only used for legitimate business purposes.
We commit to truthful, transparent, and responsible marketing practices. We do not engage in misleading advertising, false claims, or unethical promotional tactics. Our strategies are designed to build trust and long-term value for our clients.
We compete vigorously but fairly. We do not engage in price fixing, bid rigging, or any anti-competitive practices. We believe in earning business based on merit, innovation, and performance.
Company resources—including time, funds, technology, and information—should be used responsibly and for legitimate business purposes only. Misuse or unauthorized use of assets may lead to disciplinary action.
If you become aware of any behavior that violates this Code of Conduct, we encourage you to speak up. Reports can be made confidentially to legal@soukmedia.co. Retaliation against those who report concerns in good faith will not be tolerated.
Violations of this Code of Conduct may lead to disciplinary action, including termination of employment or partnership, legal action, or removal from projects. All reports are investigated fairly and thoroughly.
This Code will be reviewed regularly to reflect changes in our business, values, and legal requirements. We are committed to learning, improving, and evolving as a responsible organization.
