Does your pricing include ad spend?

No. Our pricing covers strategy, audience intelligence, creative development, campaign setup, optimisation, reporting and technology. Media and ad spend is separate - billed based on your target audience size, geography and campaign objectives. For ACE360° partnerships, we work with you to define a media budget that aligns with your pipeline goals - not one that simply fills a line item. We would rather recommend the right budget than accept the wrong one.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan mid-campaign?

Yes. ACE360° is designed as a partnership, not a fixed contract. As your demand goals evolve - or as AudienceOS intelligence reveals new opportunities - we adjust the programme accordingly. Most clients start with the Events Foundation tier and move to Growth or Enterprise as the intelligence layer develops, and the compounding effect becomes measurable. We will always recommend the tier that matches where you are, not the tier that maximises our revenue.

How does billing work?

For ACE360° Partnership Programme retainers: 100% monthly advance, billed at the beginning of each month. This structure ensures we are fully resourced and committed to your programme from day one - and that you have a genuine partner, not a vendor, managing cash flow risk for your campaign. All invoices are in USD unless otherwise agreed. Minimum retainer commitments apply by tier: 3 months for Events Foundation, 6 months for Growth, 12 months for Enterprise.
